Why does word 365 take so long to load

03/01/2018 · Microsoft Provisioning can take some time. Be Patient. I've not yet kicked any of the desktops thru the wall, so I am patient. It's one thing for a user to take a ten minute break while the PC updates, something else entirely when it takes 40 minutes. That's why I want to see if others have had the experience, and if so, what they did about it.

Once open, they work fine but they take one to two minutes to close. This happens every time with Word and Excel but no other programs. My machine is standalone with no network system. •
