My computer is not recognizing any usb devices

25/11/2016 · Tried to connect my external hard drive into USB 3.0 port. The hard drive started working but the computer did not recognize it. Tried with another device and got the same. Recently upgraded to Windows 10 and this is the first time since upgrading that I have attempted to attach any of my external devices. Any help appreciated. Regards. S
