Maxi cosi tobi car seat strap adjustment

I have just been given this car seat. I was showed how to loosen straps but i cant for the life of me remember now. Is there a button or something i need to press for the tension to loosen and me pull the harness straps loose? Im ready to throw this thing at the wall lol. I know it must be simple but i cant figure it out. I know how to adjust the height on harness its literally the tension.
