I've had this laptop about 9 months and I started having issues with it back in December of 2019. By mid January the motherboard malfunctioned and would not turn on at all. I then sent it in, which took about 2 months to get serviced (most likely due to COVID-19) and since it's return it has been malfunctioning in other ways.
