How to print full email on outlook

To print a full email page without the ads, I try using the three dots and the print option as suggested. A new window opens with the full email page but when I proceed to print, it STILL prints out only the portion of the page minus the right hand edge. I don’t get what the print window shows. I finally highlighted it, copied to windows and printed from that. What is the problem?
