• Can’t sign into ps3 2 replies. I recently got my stepdad's old ps3, and I tried signing into it. When I go to sign in, it puts in his email automatically, so I have to delete it and put mine in and my password in. After I do that, I try to sign in, but it stops and says "You cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (e-mail address)." If anyone can help me, or knows what to do, please
