FreeSync supposedly works with Nvidia hardware via hacks. I don't have a Freesync monitor to verify though. Freesync is available for anyone to use. I don't know if Freesync works on Intel but it'll probably be more useful for all the integrated cards coming out. Gsync will probably be in the same boat at 3D.
